As a Team Leader, you are the face of your team, the coach for your players, and the organizer who ensures your team is competitive and prepared.
You will set your team’s culture, strategy, and identity.
Hopefully you or one of your teammates will rank at the top of the world’s best craps players or maybe even become a world champion.
1. Represent your team’s purpose, values, and identity.
2. Demonstrate sportsmanship, professionalism, and respect for all league players.
1. Mentor team members on craps strategy, etiquette, and league scoring systems.
2. Help players improve their Dice Score, Bank Score, and overall game awareness.
1. Actively recruit new players (or Free Agents) who align with your team’s identity.
2. Keep your roster ready with at least two active players available for Qualifying Events.
(Note: spots are limited but you can reserve spots in advance)
1. Establish your own membership criteria (examples: team gear purchases, dues, commitment to practice).
2. Clearly communicate these requirements to prospective members.
1. Seek out sponsorships from casinos, local businesses, or individuals.
2. Collect and manage any funds, dues, or profits at your discretion.
1. Organize your roster for league play (two players per table).
2. Be available to support, guide, and coach your team before, during, and after qualifying events.

Creative Control – You choose your team’s name, theme, identity, and membership requirements.
Financial Flexibility – Collect, manage, and use team funds and sponsorship profits as you choose.
Sponsorship Opportunities – Gain financial or promotional support from casinos, businesses, or individuals.
Leadership Recognition – Be recognized in the league as a leader and influencer within the competitive craps community.
Team Legacy – Build a team culture and competitive reputation that can last for seasons to come.
